Once more, with feeling!

Trying again, but this time I have pain as a motivator. Lower back pain to be specific. Tired of the pain cycle that has kept me down and slapped weight on me. Tired of thinking I should diet, and then quitting. Just gonna see myself as a different person around food, so that I can return to exercise.

My Goals:
To lose a Tsuga. My dog weighs 70 lbs, and I would love to lose one of her.

My Program:
Eat lower calorie foods, give up mindless eating, and replace stress eating with nourishment. Get back on my bike, short rides every day so that in two months I am ready for my full commute 2-3 days/week.
