    Great to hear from you, chica!!! WOW! Pregnant!!! That's awesome! So glad that things have been going well for you overall! Lots going on it seems!

    My journey has been slow like normal... that's how I prefer it because that way I can do what I want, and lose pounds...even if it's super duper slow. I'm now 149, which is 4 pounds away from being not overweight....and then I'd like to go about 10-15 lower that number when I get there. It's been a crazy journey, and I'm currently doing Physical Therapy for my knee which I have a tilted patella due to muscle imbalance. Not fun, but excited for the benefits in the future...

    Anyways, so glad to hear from ya! You should check in every week! :-)

    Great attitude! The road can never compare to a treadmill! I like the treadmill because I can pace myself and know exactly where I am. I don't have one of those fancy GPS watches (yet!), but even if I did have one, it would be really hard to run at 6.5 mph for 3 min and then at 6.6 for 5 min, etc. The treadmill is great at that sort of training! But the road is your test!
