It's melting off.
It's time to change this intro. I've lost about 50 lbs since I've really started this journey and I'm not stopping here. It's Destination: Ripped. Shred season has begun! It's strange walking past a window and seeing my reflection - I always feel the same size when I look in a mirror, but when I catch myself off guard or look at an old picture, I am significantly smaller than before. My Program:
HUGE lifestyle changes. I eat CLEAN it's the best way to do it! I am also dairy free (I enjoy almond milk and goat cheese)and I fill my meals with good carbs (fruits, sweet potatoes, veggies) and NOT pasta or bread. Just started Jamie Eason's LiveFit program on bodybuilding.com as of 4/8/2013 Dabbling in the C210K app, we'll see how far that goes. Map my Run!
