My name is Christina and I'm 25 years old. I've been on a roller coaster ride with my weight loss since I joined SparkPeople. I would lose 10 or 20 pounds and then re-gain it plus an additional 10 to 20 pounds. My Goals:
My short term goal is to be at 180 pounds. My long term and dream goal is to get down to 145 pounds. Even when I was at my slimmest I was at 160 to 165 pounds and while I looked alright at that weight I still had stomach fat and couldn't fit into most of the clothes at those cute boutiques you see. I can't wait to see what I will look like at 145 pounds because I will have an awesome reason to shop at forever21.com!
My Program:
Nothing really unusual. I'm trying to stick to around 1300 calories per day. Some days I have a smaller breakfast and others a larger one and a smaller lunch. I never EVER skip breakfast though. That's my #1 rule. Eating healthier things and moving more. So my program is eat less move more just like everyone elses. :)
