For 2013: To maintain the healthy habits I established in 2012. To build upon my 2012 goals and to do more in 2013. "More of Him....Less of Me!" 6-8 glasses of water per day. Eat 5-7 Freggies per day FM minimum of 350 minutes per week. To taste life...not comfort food! My main goal is to NOT GIVE UP!
