Plan Plan Plan!!

- Tons of veggies. Salads, stir-fries

- Limit carbs

-Limit booze

- Wait to eat

- No choice!

-Eat similar foods most of the time. I know their nutrient value, I like them, and it makes planning meals easier.

-If you want a treat, have one bite!

-30 min. of exercise minimum - 6 days a week.

-Carry fresh fruit and healthy granola bars at all times.

-Carry water at all times and DRINK it!

-If I eat out in a restaurant, the other meals that day and the day after may need to be modified to balance out the calories.

-CONSCIOUS EATING

-Stop before I grab food. Wait at least 5 minutes and ask myself if I am truly hungry. If not, ask myself what I am truly wanting.

-Tracking nutrition and fitness levels EVERY DAY.

-Rely on support from friends, family, and SP community.

-When offered seconds, desserts, candy, chocolate, etc. - most o
