Just Jen.

My name is Jen and through all my weight loss and gain I think the one thing that's never been a constant for me is a support system i can rely on. i strive on being able to have people to share my progress with, share ideas, recipes, work out tips with, people to confess and complain to when i have a bad day, and people to kick me in the butt and keep me motivated to keep on track. hopefully spark is a place where i can find that community i've never had.

I'm a tattoo artist and i love my job. I'm still young - 21, and I live in canada. I'm an artist. i'm shy and awkward and usually too friendly. i'm super easy to get along with and like meeting people who like to put in as much as they get out.

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy. Yes, i'll be stoked to look better in my jeans but my reasons for losing weights are mainly health related. (Actually I would like for one of my goals to be to become less image conscious.) overeating fuels my depression and vice versa. I want to live a more active lifestyle. I want go for walks without hiking up my jeans every block. I want to go snowboarding with my boyfriend :]

My Program:
I'm still looking for a program that fits me. While I'm doing so, I'm just using my common sense to cut obviously bad food choices and be a little more active than my regular sedentary self.

Other Information:
i like sharks, star wars, the office, and i'm addicted to diet coke. movie addict, art history nerd, vagrant, puppy adorer, tattooed, music collecting, all round small town girl.

Dude, I LOVE figurathlete.com I registered somehow on there and now I get a newsletter with featured articles linked like once a week or something like that. :) When I first found it I was like, WOW! And read a million. It's a great resource!

hey bb girl! I'm stoked you told me about this site! Wish I had found out about it sooner! I'm totally down for dorking out and blogging about my weight, success, road blocks ect. on here! I'd say its better than blogging on myspace. At least here people actually can relate to my ramblings hehe.

I'm pumped to lurk you on here and get motivation from you! You've always been a huge part of my inspiration in bettering myself as a person... the support in this aspect will definitely be the push I need to actually stick with it.
