The Incredible Shrinking Grace
I lost weight without really trying to. I take that back. I started my exercise routine without any real goals in mind. I just fell in love with exercising; those endorphins are addictive! Exercise replaced a lot of my bad vices such as drinking, partying, staying up late, tv, eating out, etc. I realized the consequences of some of my bad habits would render my workout efforts useless or rob me of energy to do any kind of physical activity. I don't know ...

Exercise replaced a lot of my bad vices such as drinking, partying, staying up late, tv, eating out, etc. I realized the consequences of some of my bad habits would render my workout efforts useless or rob me of energy to do any kind of physical activity. I don't know how many pounds I've lost. I never weighed or measured myself or made a conscious start date. I only noticed I was losing weight after my friends, coworkers and family started to point it out. Then my clothes started getting loose. Eventually random strangers at the gym began complimenting my new physique. I have yet to step on a scale, but I like not knowing how much I weigh because I'm worried that if I do, I'll be too focused on weight.
