Getting back on track

I just turned 30, which has pushed me to get back on track with my health and fitness. I have always been active and in shape, but I have been slacking and my body (and clothes) can tell!! I started running last spring and I am a pole fitness instructor.

I cannot do the Brass monkey... YET! I get into that pose "The star" from a Gemini. The hold is inner thigh, stomach and back of the arm.
