Hi Lizz. I responded to Sue about her comment. The reason I set it at 20 pounds is because I've been sooooo big in the past. I'll never let it get to 20 pounds before I start seeing a red flag. 200-220 is set but my eye is really on 210...if I see 210 then I'll get to work. I'm leaving the high at 220 just in case some MAJOR stress occurs. That would be the only way it would ever approach that number anyway. But I'm watching it real close. I said this to Sue as well so we're all on the same page.

Breakfast steaks is in a pkg in the meat counter. about 3/8" thick and may 2 1/2" by 3". It is beef. If you order steak and eggs in a restaurant, you will usually get a breakfast steak. I would estimate it to be three ounces. Hope you give it a try sometime.
Thank You for your length detailed message about your sister having bilateral knee surgery. My friend is having both done, tomorrow, another friend is having one done tomorrow. So the outcome, for both should be interesting. Both seems to take things in stride, so I think they will deal with it/them fine.
