Love Me Some Stevie
I have just accomplished a 20-pound weight loss in March! I would like to lose 20-30 more pounds this year! In April & May, I'm going to be doing Insanity along with ChaLean Extreme for strength training. I have my calendar already created for my April workouts! So, body get ready to be really pushed a little bit for the next 2 months. Also, into the equation, I will be starting my Eat Clean lifestyle. I have just accomplished a 20-pound weight loss in March! I would like to lose 20-30 more pounds this year! In April & May, I'm going to be doing Insanity along with ChaLean Extreme for strength training. I have my calendar already created for my April workouts! So, body get ready to be really pushed a little bit for the next 2 months. Also, into the equation, I will be starting my Eat Clean lifestyle. I have a meal plan from Oxygen Magazine that I will implement for April. The title of the Menu Plan is Build Your Best Body and this is my intention. I'm going to continue to be a friend to myself. I will be giving myself an hour of "Me Time" per week. I will be concentrating on something relaxing. This could be a hot bath, a massage, a facial, or whatever I want! I deserve my "Me Time"! I'm so looking forward to meeting my April goals! Plus, I have an incentive because my mom & I are doing a Biggest Loser Contest. Whoever wins has to give the other $15.00 to add to their reward jars. This contest is for 22 weeks, then we going to one of the shopping outlets to get our Coach purse (my mom & I love purses)! Let the games begin!

Here's my workout agenda: Les Mills' Combat for Cardio; workouts are 30 to 60 minutes for 5 days I will strength train for 3 days a week with ChaLean Extreme Extensive stretching after workouts from Slim in 6 Work abs 2-3 days a week with Tony Horton's Ab Ripper from P90
