Stevie45 on my way...

So August 2009 to today...not much has changed. In fact I would say the only thing that has changed is I am 2 years older and still have the same goals. Not a bad thing but I think I need to accomplish this goal and then set another one.

My Goals:
To lose 40 pounds, eat healthier, lower my cholesterol and to get some activity into every day.

My Program:
Taking one day at a time. I read that in a blog and it just made so much sense. I don't know why I have not been doing that all along.

Personal Information:
I really like this time of year in the mid-west. Now in a month or 3 not so much!

Other Information:
I like to read and watch movies. Books I usually read once, unless of course I don't remember reading them and then I will read them again. Movies I will watch over and over and over again.
