Resentment is when you allow your hurts to turn into hates. When those hates simmer in your heart, they create bitterness and you are the only one who suffers. Choose the path of Forgoveness.
Things I am learning this week: Wholehearted resolve reveals itself through earnest effort that flows from a willingness to adjust course in order to accomplish a purpose. Adjustments made with wholehearted resolve to possess the goal desired will produce lasting results I can live with for the long haul. Other than that low-T thing, we pretty much have the same goals. The most important thing I need to do is to get back on solid footing, and good buddies supporting you are extremely helpful. Keep at it. I had much better numbers after a year of healthy eating, and I need to find a way to make much smaller batches of comfort food, and I'll be OK.
