Dave, my twin brother, sent this site to me, and I've been talking about getting back to the gym. Unfortunately all I've seen is my waist get bigger!!
Thanks Dave for sending me this site. It is helping me. I have been going to the gym, drinking more water (could use more though), and going to the gym on a more regular basis! Thanks!!!
Oh yeah, Keiron has also lost 2 pounds! He weighs 20 lbs.

An hour of cardio excerise 4 to 5 days a week.
Weight lifting every other work out session.
By the end of June 2012, I want to change my weight lifting program to focus on specific areas each session; for example, chest & back one session and arms & legs another session.
I live on the southside of Chicago in the Historic Pullman neighborhood.
