What fresh hell is this?

I've created a new account (username: Molosseraptor) because I consider this account to have been a part of my major weight loss goals. The new one is set up to help me get back on track and accomplish a more minor weight loss. It will end up being more of a general health and fitness account.

My Goals:
Uh... I gotta lose 40 lbs and be myself again. Gotta get strong again! I don't want to cut my life short due to poor health!!
I felt my best at 135-140 lbs and spent at least an hour on the giant trampoline every day.

My Program:
Eating better (have already cut out fast food, sodas and a lot of extraneous filler), cardiovascular exercise and weight training, as well as I can manage on my budget. More fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.
Making every attempt to eat organic/free range/sustainably. Also making an attempt to be mostly gluten-free and eat as little refined sugars as possible.

Personal Information:
I used to be lean and strong, then developed agoraphobia, didn't eat, lost a lot of weight, and started going to school. When I stopped having panic attacks I could eat again, and subsequently gained a lot of weight and developed back pain. Due to the lifestyle of a college student, I don't move much and have lost a lot of muscle tone. I also have had neck and migraine issues since childhood that I mean to deal with.

Other Information:
I am a huge fan of dog training and dog sports. I mean to be actively involved in schutzhund, weight pull and others after graduation.
I come from Arizona, so I often use the rainy weather of washington as an excuse not to exercise. I mean to set up a home gym when I can afford it.

Hi!! So glad you joined us in our Shuttlebug team!
