i actually have two weight goals. the first is 160 for a healthy bmi, but that is right at the line. the second is to get down to 145 which is what i want to be. i'd love to be able to wear a bikini not tankini and not wear a shirt over it. i'd love to have a flat stomach and a nice toned body!
i run 1 mile, without stopping, 3 times a week. i am slowly building the distance. i think i want to run 3-5 miles a day!
Congrats on seeing your '6' again. I feel like I've been in the 160s for forever and I know that I have been. I do great for a few weeks get almost to the 150s and then bounce right back up! I know it's from the lack of doing things rather than the motivation to do things. Other than that, I'm doing great! How are you?
