My Goals:
To be back in a size 6 again!!
I'm much more interested in the inches I lose and the size I am then in my weight. The scale can make you crazy! If I'm the size I want to be, tight, toned and everything is where it should be, I don't care that much what I weigh. Don't get me wrong seeing the numbers go down on the scale is great, but it shouldn't be the only goal.






My Program:
* TWO or BASIC TEMPO every other day
* Walking when the weather is good.
* Eat only when I'm hungry, stopping when I'm full, no matter if there is still food on my plate!!
I hate to diet, they don't work for me in the long run anyway. I always do so much better when I eat well and don't try to follow anyone else's plan.


Personal Information:
I'm a happily married SAHM with 2 great teenage boys.
I love to read, cook, knit, and just being outdoors.
