Hi! Im Stephanie. I am spunky, educated, energetic, and married to my best friend. (sorry gentlemen! =] ) I have some great friends and my husband is amazing. We are still newlyweds, married back on December 11th, 2009. We have been together for 6 years and he tells me I am beautiful every day but for my health and my self esteem I have about 50lbs I would like to lose, so Im here ready to do it! The time is NOW! My Program:
-Right now my calorie intake is around 1300-1500 a day, and drinking as much water as I can.

I work out at least 3 days a week and log all my progress on the fitness trackers!

-Start the Couch to 5k program.

I was born and raised in Texas, and live here still...but my soul tells me I belong in the Pacific Northwest, and I hope to travel there sometime in the near future! I am a proud Christian and I also am obsessed with Twilight! I love the enviroment and I try to do my part to take care of our planet. I had a hard childhood and met many hardships but I used those experienes to make me strong and successful woman that I am today!
