My name is Stephanie and I am 20 years old, I have been struggling for three years or more trying to loose the weight once and for all. Last year I said I would never get over 200 lbs, so I started eating healthy, exercising and lost about 10 pounds, I lost focus and now I am up to 218 and very unhappy with myself.

lol I think u asked me that before.I wish I could have a special secret but the truth is I struggle everyday and I try my best to eat the right portion size and I go on the treadmill daily except when I have to work my 36 hour shift. I skip exercise that day but I get plenty with my patient. I am 35 years old and very tired of going up and down and I am just so ready to get below the 180's and actually see 170.I want to be at least 175 by the time New Year rolls by.Anyways GOOD LUCK ;)
