I Need To Learn!

I'm a student who experienced a more extream and extended version of the Freshmen 15. I eat too much of the wrong kinds of foods. When I try to cut down the cravings slowly beat me down, I don't exactly give up, but I act like I didn't start anything. I need to pay attention to me and stop procrastinating! I want to look and feel fit and healthy again!

Counting calories and eating less to stay in my daily limit

Eating more fruits and vegetables and less sweets

Start and maintain a exercise program, even if I work hard at work

Sleep better so I can feel better and stay motivated

Personal Information:
Professionally I work outdoors. I do lots of walking, lifting and so on, but this is only a summer position. When I'm not working I read lots, watch movies, spend time on my computer. I need to bring some of the activity of my work into my private time.
