My Goal is to treat myself better by making good food choices and excersizing every day. My shortterm goal is to lose 20 pounds by summer. My lifetime goal is to eat healthy and excersize.
My Program generally consists of walking atleast 35 minutes a day and making good food choices. I am also going to keep myself active by swimming, playing tennis and body surfing with my son this summer.
