Getting healthy together !
I am a stay at home of 2 children that with my husband by my side have begun a weight loss journey. We have started eating healthier natural foods am staying away from the processed stuff. Sean loves to run he is training for a 5k and doing great, he has never been a runner not even in high school when he was in the best shape of his life. My self still can't run but I'm bit giving up i work out 5 days week at the Y I take classes and in days I'm not in a class I love getting on the stair ...

My Goals:
Sean's goals are to run a 5k and be under 200lbs ! Stephanie's goals are: 1- get under 200lbs. 2- get down to 180lb 3-get down to 140lbs 4-run walk a 5K
My Program:
We are eating a lot of high protein foods, cutting back on salt where ever we can,staying away from processed foods and exercising 5 days a week !
