Will I ever manage to keep weight off? Once again I am yoyoing. Earlier this year as a side effect of a strict vegetarian detox I lost 14kg. I dud thid to help with my PCOS and rheumatoid arthritis and to try and kick start my metabolism. Well since then after eating for 6 months within the range SP recommends for me and exercising as much as I can I have regained 6 kg. Almost half what I had lost. For those who think I am not eating healthy enough: Breakfast fruits Snack fruits Lunch 80% of the time vegetarian lunches. Dinner varies - try to eat little starch that time and fill up on veggies. But not possible all the time. The above is based on the recommendations of the Nutritionist and it is not working. Blame PCOS or Perimenopausr or whatever you want - it is not working and I don't know what to do

3. Reduce stress at work so that I can concentrate on my eating & exercise. - 4. Get to a point where I can play golf once during - still not achieved


My Program:
Diet, try to stick around 1200-1500kcal,
exercise:
2 x gym per week
2 times walk for 30 min per week
Golf every weekend and whenever else I get a chance
