    Thanks for the comment of my SP. I wish I was an inspiration, but I don't feel like it! I want to lose this weight, but then I binge...I need to control that and I will...I am determined and motivated. I know you can do it too...you seem to have the same drive and philosophies as I do...I know that we can do this. We just need to learn what is healthy eating and what is not. I do great for awhile, but I think that I deprive myself of things and that is when it turns into a full-fledged binge fest. I need to learn to use portion control and willpower to get to where I want to be. Good luck to you in your weight loss and binge-free eating journey!
