I've been visiting sparkpages and successful people state their goals.
I come from a giant family based in Nebraska. I am into spinning and cycling and work out every day. Over the last few years, I've lost 70 pounds. It is a slow, steady journey of self-discovery.
Do a little a lot, not a lot a little....thinking about what that means to me and working out and improving my body.
