My name is Stephanie and I've been with SP since summer of '09. I've plateaued many times in the past, but you just have to keep going when that happens! I like being active, even though my non-workout time can be pretty sedentary. I've been through a lot of different things on this path to wellness.

My name is Stephanie and I'm 26 years old. I've been married for 6 years and I completely adore my husband. We have a 2 cats and a dog, and they're awesome. We live in Ohio.

Other Information:
I play World of Warcraft with my husband on the Thrall server, Horde side, or Cenarius Alliance side. I love to read, and I'll read anything suggested to me but sci-fi and fantasy are my favorites. I love knitting and crocheting and making stylish things for my family and myself. I have a diverse taste in music and I'll also listen to anything (I'm always open to new things) and my favorite bands are Muse and Flogging Molly. If you haven't heard of them I strongly suggest it. I'm a housewife by preference and spend a lot of my time at home so I'm always interested in new hobbies!

    Oh my gosh! Maintenance was the hardest part for me. Losing weight, that was easy in comparison. I started adding calories back in because I felt like I really needed the cardio (and if I start skipping cardio I'll give it up altogether). Well let me tell you.....100 calories turned into 1000 calories overnight. Ugh. And the bad thing was, I was happy with how I was eating....I never felt like I was really missing out on anything, my body was craving good and healthy foods. Then.., problem? I added in the wrong calories. Suddenly I felt like I could have a whole piece of cake instead of a bit since my caloric needs had changed....well that induced cravings and you know where it goes from there. This time when I reach goal I will have a different approach. I don't know what it will be, but it will be different. That is for sure. What I'm dreading most now that I'm back in charge of things....hitting a plateau. I know it will happen and I know what that frustration can do to a person. Hopefully by the time that happens I will be strong enough to push through! We can do this!!!

    Awww....thank you! I had my hair up in a bun today, but I look like a boy with it like that so I took it down for that picture. Next time I take one I'll make sure I actually do my hair. lol
