My name is Stephanie and I'm 26 years old. I've been married for 6 years and I completely adore my husband. We have a 2 cats and a dog, and they're awesome. We live in Ohio.

I play World of Warcraft with my husband on the Thrall server, Horde side, or Cenarius Alliance side. I love to read, and I'll read anything suggested to me but sci-fi and fantasy are my favorites. I love knitting and crocheting and making stylish things for my family and myself. I have a diverse taste in music and I'll also listen to anything (I'm always open to new things) and my favorite bands are Muse and Flogging Molly. If you haven't heard of them I strongly suggest it. Haha! I feel the same way about Jillian, I started muting the tv and putting on some good music instead! If I get back into the videos I think I'll get me some new fresh ones to enjoy, I've heard a lot of positive comments about the two you are using.

How wonderful for you to have your friend Katie by your side encouraging you! I really love to challenge myself to keep improving. One thing I've noticed for me is that I can't lose weight without high powered cardio.....I swear some people can walk and lose weight....not me....it doesn't matter how fast I walk, I won't lose weight. I've been thinking about alternating my bike with my Jillian Michael's DVD. I quit doing it because of my knee, while it is feeling much better I know from the past that it won't take much to hurt it again....pivoting is especially troublesome and you just can't do a lot of those workouts effectively without pivoting a bit. Probably wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't doing it on carpet where I tend to stick a bit. Anyway, I think it's time for me to at least give it a go, maybe once a week for 10 minutes if nothing else.

Anyway, you are such an inspiration. Keep right on going!!!

Thank you so much for your insight on my blog about my cardio. I do like to mix it sometimes, though not as often as I should. I like the bike because it's so convenient, but I completely understand the importance of changing things up. Believe me, it isn't because I was bored with it, just feeling sorry for myself some of the days and other days running out of time. Tonight, I know I have a wedding but I am determined to do 32 minutes of cardio, whatever that me be, with no excuses. I need it. I will feel so much better once I do it. I thought I would be home earlier than I was last night so that's pretty much what happened. I'll do better now.
