My before-before photo. This was my cousin's wedding back when I was in high school and (DEFINITELY) didn't appreciate how fantastic I looked. Talk about motivation, I want to look like this again!





Sadly, my wedding album provides me with no end to before photos. It's been awhile since I've consistently lost weight, so I really forget how far I've come!

I love food of all types, though sometimes I get so overwhelmed by everyone's opinion I feel myself not really knowing what I consider healthy. I try to keep an "anything in moderation" approach.

My Goals:
I want to lose weight and keep my body healthy for when my husband and I decide to have a baby sometime within the next few years.
I want to get to 180 and finally not feel "fat" anymore, and from there decide just how thin I want to be. I'm tall and muscular, so we'll see!

My Program:
Anything in moderation, but the majority of what I eat I try to keep homemade and low on the processed side.
My workout program is either Insanity, P90X, or running and biking, depending on what program I'm in the middle of.

Personal Information:
My name is Stephanie and I'm 25 years old. I've been married for 5 years and I completely adore my husband. We have a 2 cats and a dog, and hopefully someday soon we'll get to add children to our happy little family!

Other Information:
I play World of Warcraft with my husband on the Thrall server, Horde side, or Cenarius Alliance side. I love to read, and I'll read anything suggested to me but sci-fi and fantasy are my favorites. I love knitting and crocheting and making stylish things for my family and myself. I have a diverse taste in music and I'll also listen to anything (I'm always open to new things) and my favorite bands are Muse and Flogging Molly. If you haven't heard of them I strongly suggest it. I'm a housewife by preference and spend a lot of my time at home so I'm always interested in new hobbies!

That is too cute!! I bet your hubby loves having that time with you in the mornings :) How is the morning jog going for you??? That is such a great accomplishment to get and do it everyday :) You will be a great mother... how exciting to be able to stay home with them, that is truly a blessing!! Not to pry, but are planning on having them soon?? I wish you all the best! Hope you had a great weekend, keep in touch!

I'm glad you are getting outside and enjoy the running....it has so many benefits. My method won't work for everyone, but it sure helped me. I figured if it helped me it might help someone else! Have a wonderful day and thank you as always for being a great friend!
