well im again starting i quit smoking on august 10th 2015 , and because im a highly anxious person and suffer from depression i just about died one week later due to hypertension my bloodpressure was at 230/190 so i have been on meds now that help my anxiety an my blood pressure and finally i have it at 152/89 ;) i am scheduled for a tummy tuck in the new year and need to lose weight i have around 70 lbs total to lose , i have a back injury which is pretty debilitating at times so the tummy tuck is thought to help so i dont have so much pressure on my back long story short the elasticity is not there since i had kids so it's pulling on my back creating more pain for me :( but im pretty stoked to finally get my body back ;) so heres to logging everything and keepin on ;)

to lose the weight again i did it once and will do it again!

My Program:
-morning biking
-weight training/core training
-after supper a walk/biking
-workout 2-3 hrs a day ;)

Other Information:
i am kinda bossy but its not to hurt anyone its usually to help and get the job done right
i dont like people that make a million excuses why they cant do something but would rather help them look for a way to get that something done cuz i dont like really negative people :( but i a;ways try to help them see the positive stuff and look at the light at the end of the tunnel instead of watching them sit in the dark ;)
im not always sunshine and roses but i try to have at least one good hour out of a day which usually turns into an entire day of goodness lol
