My name is Stephanie, I have been on sparkpeople and babyfit for almost 6 years, had my weight ups and downs and 3 kids! July 2011, 372 pounds, highest weight ever, then started getting sick all the time hair falling out huge weight falling off me and not by exercise or anything I was doing, doctors kept testing and testing and pain kept getting worse....couldnt figure it out....Finaly october 2011, 240 pounds, a specialist tells me my bladder was rejecting all the time and making me terribly sick...but nobody caught it! so I began cathing myself because my bladder was completely shutdown and kidneys were getting infections.....February 2012, 230 pounds, with meds and cathing the scary weightloss has dramatically slowed so I can work on my health! Only cathing twice a day now, bladder starting to function again!!.....March 2012, Bladder getting a bit crappy again but there trying new things! staying positive!!...APRIL 2012! Lets lose some weight now on MY TERMS! health tried to beat me but im pushing back and not giving up on a healthier life!

My Program:
I am Walking Daily and training for the 5K virtual Race on here! I am working out 2 days a week at the gym up to 2 hours and 2 days at home up to 2 hours.



Personal Information:
I live in Iowa, I am 23years old, I have 3 amazing kids, 3 sisters one of whom makes me feel old cause she is 12 years younger than me :)


Other Information:
I love to dance and sing and write. I have over 150 poems I have wrote over the years and I intend to write many more Im big into scrapbooking, like to dance, go out to kareoke . Im looking for support to go on the right path to loseing weight and keeping it off!

    I see you haven’t written a blog in a while? Blogging is a great way to get your feelings down on paper. Others like to read them and offer insight along the way. ? It can be fun and makes you more accountable. At least it does me. I just posted over 300 blogs last year. Only missed a few days. It can be funny, tell us about your day, good or bad, about how your food choices went, what you did for exercise, stuff like that. It does not have to be weight related all the time. Just things you are thinking about, questions you might have.
