Update 1/2/2013: SO, I'm getting married and I have become lazy! Although I have only gained a little I am not happy about the chubby cheeks coming back, my pants being tight and... well, the lack of feeling sexy with the love! I know I can do this and I am going to try and use different work outs besides running to keep me on my toes!

I'm just here trying to find the motivation and tools to lose weight. I have never been particularly happy with my weight but I felt "comfortable". ...

Now I am going full force and I hope to lose at least 45LBS along with the 20 I have already lost. I love spark people so far and now I have decided to contribute!


7/2: WOW... So I was hoping I would be at my goal weight by now but the good news is that I have not gained all of my weight lost back.. YAY! Now to be super serious this summer and get it off for good!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be in a healthy weight range. For 5'7 this would be 145-165. I'd love to be even at the top of this! Or a smaller goal is to lose between 5-10lbs per month.

My Program:
Oh, gosh..running and strength training when I'm not exhausted from my little preschoolers!
