Welcome to my corner of the world:)

Hi! I'm stephanie, and i am a 23 yr old college graduate. ! I am trying to get into the Air Force and I have to be 186 (now i am 206- was 220)but if i'm within a few lbs of the goal they will do a body fat percentage, urg!!! Just had to inherite great-grandma's hips!!! haha!

My Goals:
My goal was to lose 22 lbs by december 14th, and so far i have lost 14!!

My Program:
My goal every week is to go to the Y 5 times a week. I have been walking on an incline for 15 minute intervals, and started taking a few classes. What has helped a lot is that i've been logging in what i eat every day. (only started this a week ago) I've been drinking a lot of water and cutting back on soda, which is my major weekness. I also started the dual action cleanse about 2 weeks ago.
