Small but Mighty
I am a cancer survivor and happy for it! I was diagnosed in 2007, had surgery, thought all was well and then had a recurrance. Combo treatments of chemo and radiation helped me beat the cancer but it took quite a toll on my body. I am in remission but there is still a lot of healing to do... I need to get 10 pounds of flab off this body. I am going to do it!
2007 was a crappy year but it made me realize how strong I am.

My Goals:
Lose the flab and get a stronger, leaner body. Also, I want to be the hottest mama at our 4 family vacation at the beach this summer!
My Program:
My biggest problem has been eating "unconsciously." I am trying to watch what I put in my mouth and only eat when I am hungry...sound familiar anyone??

I live in No. VA, just outside of Washington, DC but I am a Texas girl...born and bred!
