Whew! It's busy! I've got a lunchdate with a friend I used to work with and she wants to see the kids. So I won't be at the hike tomorrow : ( We did a family hike for 40 minutes two evenings ago. Little Andrew's legs were exhausted. We've actaully done about 10 family hikes since New Year's Eve. It's been one of our family goals for the 2012. We also have a play date with a friend after our luncheon tomorrow and she's also someone I used to work with and her kids are 3 and 5. In the morning I have a conference call to work on Monday school stuff. So much to do! How much can I squeeze into a day and still get a a work out in and shower afterward? LOL
My chicken salad dinner was awesome! And I'm making a better plan for tomorrow that I WILL stick to.
I'm really TRYING this week but keep giving into temptation when I see something yummy my kids are having. It's hard! I feel really hungry today so I'm going over on calories according to spark. At least I noticed what I was doing half way through my day and have now put it all on spark and am able to change my meal for dinner to something simple: homemade grilled chicken over salad.
How are YOU?? I saw you went skating. Neither of my kids like skating but we might try it again next year. I am NOT a good skater.
