Round three! I have now lost over 60lb TWICE with spark people! 72lb the last time! obviously i need to work on maintence skills. But my last gain was from the pregnancy and birth of my 5th child. and 10 I blame on graduate school while raising the other 4! So i'm back to get in shape and kick the baby weight one final time! i'm sure I can do it again but the beginnig is always the hardest for me. until the maintenence i guess! hopefully since we are done having babies I won't be such a yo-yo ...

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is too loose the last 14 pounds and get back into all my size 4s. I've lost al the baby weight but need to kickt he pesky quit smoking weight and get back to where i started. totalling a 665lb loss since having my baby in june

My Program:
This time around i've been using the biggest looser work outs. I did the 30 day shred for 6 weeks with additional daily cardio. I am currently using the biggest loosers Power Sculpt DVD on level 3 and alternating days with 40 minutes of cardio. I keep my calories in check by not eating sugar or while flour and trying to keep my water intake up. I can't wait until jillian micheals ab program comes out. When i finish the scult I will do no more trouble zones and hopefull start a maintenence program in december when i reach my goal. My trouble is maintaining! i can loose and gain all day it's stability that gets me,

i hope we can! maintenence is the really hard part for me, life gets busy ad then i start slipping!

april no, my dress is at my mother in laws in storage because i was afraid my kids would ruin it if i kept it here while they're little so i'll have to wait until i go there to wrap their christmas presents
