My goals are to start off slow, and make an entire lifestyle change. I'd like to be Exercising 4 times a week and change my attitude from "I'll do it tomorrow!" to "Ok let's go!!" My overall goal is to be a healthier new me!!!
I started out doing YOU on a Diet, and my goal is to incorporate that in little by little, but I'm going to make up my own program, eating more fruits/veggies, and making sure I exercise. I also like the idea of counting my calories on this website. It takes all the counting calories out of my hands!!
mmmyess... the halloween challenge... You know, I'm just kinda there, I haven't implemented any of the challenges... I have them printed up and writen up so that I know what to do, but I haven't. I also joined the group a bit late, so It's slightly more difficult to have the momentum that they all have. I have been doing other physical fitness stuff though. I really like the halloween challenge mini challenges... but I haven't done them, they have a lot of good ideas and change it up a lot... Maybe I'll join a Christmas challenge. . . but I don't really see christmas as a time when I feel like I want or need to impress on anyone or myself. I don't really care about x-mas. :P I'm a grinch! :P

Thanks for your comments... I really needed that! I'm felt like I was slipping back into my old eating habits, and I need to stop that downward slide. Thanks for the pep talk! I'm going to keep trying!!
