Stephanie's Journey

My journey started December 11th, 2006 when I joined WW at 179 pounds. I got down to 159 but have gained 10 pounds back. So, today, October 13th, 2008, I'm going to literally start over and embrace this journey to get down to my goal and to stay there. With the help of some very special people..........I know I will achieve it in the year 2009.

My Goals:
*** To learn the T-Tapp system workouts.

***To wear a size 8.

***To exercise 5-6 times a week.

***To incorporate more yoga and meditation weekly.

My Program:
Right now, I'm attending WW meetings and just beginning the T-Tapp system. I have been really struggling with my diet and know that is most important when trying to lose weight. Hopefully, I can get back on track.

Personal Information:
I'm a total vidiot who enjoys working out to T-Tapp, The FIRM, Turbo Jam, Leslie Sansone, Cardio Coach and iTrain.

I also am loving doing yoga via Podcasts using yogadownload.com and a few others. It's refreshing to focus on words rather than a picture on a screen.
