I'm the type of person who has to keep track of everything in order for me to feel good about it. So here it is; yet another Sparkpage keeping track of my weight loss. And here's the story you've heard a thousand times. I've tried to lose weight before, failed one week, then gave up. Gained more... Blah Blah Blah. This has happened sporadically over the past 4 years of high school. College is coming up. A new start, I'm hoping.

I'm past the point of wanting to lose weight to look good, now I just want to be healthy... because I'm not. At all.

My long-term goal for now is to get to 155.. because it's been since Jr. High since I've weighed that much, when I get there, I'll see what I have left to lose and figure things out from there.


My Program:
I don't have a set program yet, I'm just trying to cut out pretty much all the crap. Not all at once, though. I've made the mistake every time before of cutting out everything at once. For now, I'm just going to wing it. I'm good at that.



Personal Information:
I'm from Omaha, NE and have pretty much lived here my whole life (in the suburb area), with a few random moves to Iowa. I'll be attending school at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the Fall, and I can't wait.
