I'm the type of person who has to keep track of everything in order for me to feel good about it. So here it is; yet another Sparkpage keeping track of my weight loss. And here's the story you've heard a thousand times. I've tried to lose weight before, failed one week, then gave up. Gained more... Blah Blah Blah. My Goals:

My Program:
I don't have a set program yet, I'm just trying to cut out pretty much all the crap. Not all at once, though. I've made the mistake every time before of cutting out everything at once. For now, I'm just going to wing it. I'm good at that.
Personal Information:
I'm from Omaha, NE and have pretty much lived here my whole life (in the suburb area), with a few random moves to Iowa. I'll be attending school at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the Fall, and I can't wait.
