    Oh dear! I'm sorry to hear about the horse accident! Glad to know you were okay! :)

    And yeah it definitely was a wake up call! One second I was fine and then the next second I was in a ton of pain. It made me realize that life goes by so quickly and that we really have to love our bodies because we are lucky to have ones that function properly. :)

    And yeah i'm glad to have hit that 15lb mark but now i'm doing this weird "fluctuation act". I just gained 4lbs..But i'm guessing it's from the meds and inactivity so i'm not too stressed about it. Why fret the small stuff?

    Yeah. I had a snow tubing accident. The doctors weren't sure if I had broken my spine because I was in so much pain...BUT it turns out I had just pulled and twisted a lot of muscles in my back. I'm going back to work tomorrow and I'll see how it goes. I've had 3 days of rest so I should be okay for tomorrow. :)

    We all have those days when we just can't get ourselves up and moving. But the best advice I was ever given was to just go out and do it! Not everyday is fun, and driven with motivation. I often go into the gym feeling pretty low and find motivation once I put on some good songs and get into the right mindset. I know you can do it...You have done it before you can do it again! Stay strong and remind your body how good it feels to move, move, move! emoticon
