Soon to be 46 and struggling to become healthier and more active in my prime. Constantly reminding myself that only I have the power to change what needs changed in my life; I won't be an ex-smoker if I keep buying cigarettes, the number on the scale will never be lower if I keep the same eating habits, and I will continue to be a couch potato if I don't get up off my butt! ;-)

My interests: I have always lead a very active social life. I enjoy shooting billiards,
singing karaok, dancing, canoeing, fishing, camping ( Yes, in a tent), cross-stitch, scrapbooking, cake and candy making, party planning, living green, earthships, square foot gardening, and healthy cooking. Recently discovered the joy from creating pudding shots with homemade flovored Vodkas! LOL

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! Youll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and well all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
