So sorry I didn't see your message on my page till now! I don't go to the page often - didn't mean to ignore your message. Thanks for the kind words. I hope you are working with a good ob/gyn to manage the PCOS. If you are able to, go see an ob/ gyn at a teaching hospital - they know how to help women with PCOS conceive. Regular cardiovascular activity is a great way to manage the insulin resistance. Good luck - and please let me know if I can be helpful in anyway.
