Let's be real...I'll give you the facts because we all know thats what counts when trying to lose weight:

5'2"
Heaviest Weight: 165LBS 2008-2009
Lowest Weight: 115LBS Until 2007

At my height and frame there is no good excuse to weigh what I did...I'm here to be honest with myself, to learn to like my body and take care of it. It's a long road, but sometimes it's more about what you learn along the way than the actual destination. I get frustrated, off track and get motivated, back on track sometimes and thats ok. Every day is a new day and I know I'm headed the right direction. Hoping to use this website to meet inspiring ppl who have a "Just Do It Attitude". :)

My Goals:
Currently working on dropping about 40lbs. Even if it's not as fast as I'd like it to be I just want it to STICK! But... I started at
12/01/11-160
12/20/2011-150(water)


My Program:
Eating- I count calories and watch sodium intake. Between 1200-1500 cals a day.

Fitness- GYM 4x a week MINIMUM ... started at about 45min max cardio...Now do about 70mins-90mins intense cardio. Elliptical (interval train) and the stairmaster are my poison of choice :) Strength training 2x a week, I HATE THIS PART. plus I still have more to lose before I can tone it all up.
