I want to lost about 45 pounds total be able to feel comfortable in a bathing suit by next summer. I want to learn to eat healthier and exercise as a regular way of life and not as a temporary way to lose weight.
I am trying to plan out my meals so that they are healthy, include my essential fruits and vegetables, and get sufficient workouts. I am going to try to do 6 days of strong working out, and one day off with a walk. Every other day is 60 minutes of high intensity cardio, and every other day is strength training and a short amount of cardio.
I understand what you are going through. I have had three kids by c-section. I never lost the weight from the first pregnancy. So now I am trying to lose the weight from 3. So far I have lost 10 pounds and counting. I joined a weight loss competition in my community. I weigh-in every monday. I love it because I am learning to treat food like fuel. I have more respect for myself and realizing that I can't keep feeding my body all the sugar and junk I thought I onced loved. I was a big soda drinker, pepsi every day. But now I haven't had a single drop of soda in 6 months. You can lose the weight, just stay positive and remember you will always have the support.
