Its time to begin a life change

My names is Stephanie and I need to see a change. I want to be healthy and not stay at home because im too tired or too embarrassed to do things.

I want to be happy with what i see in the mirror, be able to buy clothes at your typical clothing store and feel good about myself.

I've gone through these fads to lose weight many times, this time it's for real.

Last year i lost 70 pounds (WOOHOO!!) but near the end of the year i let everything slide and gained 5 back (could have been worse i know)
Now for 2014 i need to start back again. I've let my tracking of calories in and out completely lapse and i've stopped using SP. I need to get back to tracking food and activities, using SP, getting and giving support in my new challenge group and getting my health back as a priority.

****UPDATE****

It is now June 2014 and i have continued in my journey. I have hit 90 pounds down and while it has slowed i am still pushing. I have learned a lot about being positive, praising myself and my body for how far it has come rather than being mad that i am not further along my journey. My whole thought process has changed and it is changing my life!

My Goals:
Im striving to be healthier and feel more comfortable and confident in myself. I started out at 307 pounds and i want to end up at 200 and see what happens from there.

My Program:
I bought a fitbit and i'm tracking my steps and my calories in versus calories out. I also try to do a workout video 5-6 times a week (various Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper, BL etc) and go to DWW/Aquacise once a week.
