Stay at home mom needs some exercise

I am a mom, a wife, and a stress eater. My weight has been a challenge for many years due to multiple pregnancies. At one time I dropped to a healthy weight between baby number 2 and 3 but now I am the highest I have ever been. I really would like to look the way I looked when I married him. I need to drop 5 dress sizes. I plan to reward myself with a new piece of jewelry with every dress size that I drop and maintain.

Thanks for your kind words on my page! The habits you're building now will make life better not only for yourself, but for your children, too. Modelling healthy food choices for your kids will set them up for success themselves. You've got it in you to succeed!

Hi Steph!

Just dropping in to see how you are doing. If you need to hear some encouraging words, when I started my journey I wore the same size you said you do now and lately I've wearing size 10s mostly in shorts and capris and down from 1X or XL to a size L or M in a couple of tops I've gotten very recently. So if a decrepit old 62 year old can do it, I'm sure a young spring chicken like you can!! Keep up the good work, it looks like your ticker's moving in the right direction.
