Stay at home mom needs some exercise

After having 6 children, I am at the highest weight that I have ever been. I am a size 20 right now. I am unhappy with the way I look, feel and get treated. My long term goal is to be in a size 10 by Christmas of 2015. My incentive is with each dress size dropped I will add new jewelry to my collection.

My Program:
1. 10,000 steps per day or atleast 40 minutes of exercise daily.
2. Cut out all refined sugar. I am allowed to have fruits to help with cravings.
3. Between 1300-1500 calories daily
4. Cut back on starches and white bread /pasta.

Hi Steph!

Just dropping in to see how you are doing. If you need to hear some encouraging words, when I started my journey I wore the same size you said you do now and lately I've wearing size 10s mostly in shorts and capris and down from 1X or XL to a size L or M in a couple of tops I've gotten very recently. So if a decrepit old 62 year old can do it, I'm sure a young spring chicken like you can!! Keep up the good work, it looks like your ticker's moving in the right direction.
