Hey there! The half marathon I did was in KC back in October. It was the Reed and Waddell marathon. The next half I am going to do is the "Rock the Parkway" run in KC on March 27th. I am starting training this week! Kind of scarred to get back into it. The last half I did I pulled my ITBS in my left leg. hurts like hell and the only thing that heals it is time and stretching. I will be doing ALOT of stretching!
