My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy. I would like to achieve and maintain a weight in the 150s. I would like to develop healthy habits that I can maintain for my lifetime. I would like to run again one day. I ran a 5K in 2009, and it was great fun!

My Program:
Not eating after 7:00 PM.
Walk daily.
Eat more veggies.
Eat fewer sweets.
Reduce HFCS.



Personal Information:
I live in Raleigh, NC.

age 12: 132 pounds
age 18: 165 pounds
age 22: 230 pounds
age 26: 155 pounds
age 30: 205 pounds
age 31: 220 pounds
age 32: 270 pounds

My grandmother died in 2008 being hundreds of pounds overweight and confined to a scooter. I would like to turn my life around so that I don't double my weight again in the next 20 years as that would put me at well over 500 pounds. I want to track in a thinner direction.
