Hey Stella - it has just been a crazy whirl wind for the past few months. Did a competition in October and November. Loved it, but didn't place as I hoped. Back to training now for future competition in September or Octobr - trying to build up more muscle. Training to run a 10k in March also. My son left for Marine boot camp early January so I am dealing with that, but he is doing good - just received his first letter. We are contemplating moving towns... and work is so busy. Whew! I try and use SP to unwind, but some days I don't even log in! Other than that - all good.

This last week for me has been really high on fat:( Realized after talking to Carolyn on Friday, that I had been forgetting to take my flax oil since Sunday.....I was craving fat all week:/ We are doing GREAT Stella and your post on the challenge was SPOT ON, finally we realize our goals are attainable and we are shooting for them....I am sooooo pumped!!!!! It is going to be a bit hard once the challenge ends, it's tough, but I do like posting every day......makes me accountable......helps me say no. Like tonight we went out to eat with my daughter and her family....I got chicken fajitas w/no rice, beans or flour tortillas....why.....I knew that tomorrow we will be weighing in.....and not just because the main weigh-in is tomorrow, I had went out earlier in the week, you feel someone is counting on you to stay on track.
