My Goals:
- I will have a normal looking Mii on WiiFit like the rest of my family, not a circle with a head attached. - I will run in and complete a 5K race before my 30th birthday - I will be comfortable enough with my body to wear a swimsuit in public while my children are still young enough to want to go swimming with me.
My Program:
Cardio: a minimum of 30 minutes a day of intense low-impact cardio at least 4 times a week. Strength: a minimum 10 different exercises at least 3 times a week. must cover upper body, lower body, and core each strength training day. Nutrition: Track it all... the good, the bad, and the ugly. I can't lie to myself about how much/what I've eaten if it's in the tracker.
