One day at a time
LET'S GET MOVING!!! I joined SP after child # 2 was born. After struggling a bit, I finally started sparking and got into running when I found out I was pregnant with child # 3! Then in June 2009, when # 3 was almost 1 year old, I decided to take it seriously and lost 10 pounds in about 2 months. Then when I reached 150 lbs, life happened and I couldn't keep up. Then in 2012 I was pretty much stuck at 150 and started to slowly gain until at the end of the year I weighed 160 lbs.
