Time to get healthy

Day 22: Feeling better about everything. Seems living healthier has helped improve my outlook on life in general.

With week one behind me, I am excited about the future.

I am a mother of 3 and that is always first and foremost. Now is the time to get healthy and find more energy to stay active with my daughters.

Every day: "30 day shred"
Everyday: "10 minute boot camp"

I was born and raised in Sacramento, CA and I now raise my family here too. I am a Seneca Indian and travel to NY once a year to visit the tribe. I have 3 daughters who push me to my limits.

Thanks for the comment. I would definitely recommend the Kinnect... I've had the Wii too as it wasn't as fun. With the Kinnect you don't use a remote so it's easier to work out!
