My name is Steff, I'm a 28-year old single mom from Canada. I have struggled with my weight my whole life, although I have never been really overweight. My heightest weight was 168 lbs, after giving birth to my son. It took a year, but I lost the baby weight, and got down to within 6 lbs of my pre-pregnancy weight. For the last few years, I have gained and lost the same 15-20 lbs, and I am tired of it! I tend to eat when I am stressed out, lonely or depressed, and I know it's not good for me. I feel best when I know I look good (I know, it's superficial), and right now I just feel gross. I'm ready to get back on track, and start looking like one of the fit people at the gym, instead of one of the fat people! I'm ready to be single and fabulous, so I can live my life full of confidence, and be the best mom I can be for my son!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose the 15lbs I gained over the summer as a result of stress eating. I was feeling lonely and depressed, and turned to food for comfort. While all that chocolate cake tasted amazing, it has completely undone all the hard work I had put in last year to lose 20lbs and be the fittest I have ever been.

Start Weight: 143lbs
Goal Weight: 125lbs

My Program:
I am doing strength training 3 times/week, dance/cardio 5 times/week and yoga/stretching 2 times/week
